Kelton Carter

Kelton Carter began his career at PHOENIX as a Transaction Analyst in 2013 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Trading. Kelton specializes in Mortgage Servicing Rights and Whole Loan trading, strategic mortgage banking advisory, and sales and client management. His daily responsibilities include managing a variety of mortgage asset trades by advising clients on strategic liquidity options, best execution practices, and portfolio valuations. In addition, Kelton is involved in business development and manages clients ranging from small independent mortgage banks to national banking institutions.

Kelton holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance with a concentration in Capital Markets from The University of Texas at Austin.
