Quality Control Services
Pre-Funding
Full re-underwrite of each loan to ensure qualification and adherence to compliance regulations prior to loan closing. Includes appraisal validation, occupancy verification, borrower identification, and red flag reviews. Deficiencies are reported at the loan level to support accurate and compliant closings. Standard 24–48 hour turn time available, with flexibility for urgent requests.
Post-Close
Comprehensive audits of all loan types, covering TRID compliance, underwriting accuracy, closing and post-closing documentation, appraisal validation, occupancy, identification, and red flag reviews. Typical post-close audits are completed within 30 days of loan population delivery.

Verification of compliance with Fair Lending requirements for denied and withdrawn loans, including timely and accurate delivery of all borrower notifications.
Reverifications
Employment, income, asset, credit, collateral, and tax transcript reverifications are performed as part of each loan audit to validate origination data integrity. Reverifications are tracked, followed up systematically, and typically resolved within 60–90 days.
Regulatory/GSE Exam Support
